International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) partners with KECOFATUMA
 The International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) saw the need to partner with and share information on vaccine trials by using the already existing and adequate infrastructure that KECOFATUMA has on the ground. IAVI has been involved in the development of a safe and effective HIV/AIDS vaccine. IAVI realized that community support is important in the clinical trial of HIV/AIDS vaccine. This requires community involvement and expanded outreach. IAVI, working with KECOFATUMA hopes to raise awareness and build a sound basis for its' next phase of clinical trials before the trials begin.
